We understand that you may have some questions about our program, so we have provided answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a question or concern that is not addressed in these FAQs, please feel free to reach out to us.
ABC Online Preschool is a full preschool curriculum for a 9 – 12 month school year, depending on whether you choose to do 2 or 3 class days a week. You will have 12 months of access from the date of enrollment.
You can start the program any time of the year. Lessons are fully self-paced, so you and your child can begin whenever it’s convenient for your family.
The literacy program is progressive. The Arts/Crafts and STEM lessons can be completed based on whatever month we are in.
It depends on what you buy:
- Printed workbook option: We will mail the full set of printed workbooks for each subject. The STEM workbook includes supply lists for each STEM activity.
- Digital workbook option: Nothing is mailed; you get instant online access to the same workbooks and supply lists in the Learning Center.
- Craft Pack (optional add-on): This is a separate, mailed kit that contains the specialty craft supplies needed for the program’s arts projects. It is sold as a full set, cannot be customized, and may be purchased at any time.
- STEM supplies: These are not provided. STEM activities are designed to use common household items and each STEM lesson includes a specific supply list.

Yes! Your child will receive a certificate of completion to help celebrate their success!
Craft packs are refundable for 30 days only if unopened and unused. ABC Online Preschool is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Workbooks are not refundable due to their digital nature.
